Preparation of Annual report
All companies registered in Estonia have the obligation to submit annual reports during the 6 months after the end of the financial year, regardless if there has been any activities or not (so called dormand companies).
Annual report has to be prepared in Estonian and in the official currency (EUR). The annual report consists of the annual accounts and the management report.
